We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Trade Marketing Lead to manage and oversee our DACH Trade Marketing operations. The position is based in our Frankfurt office. Hybrid – 3 days in the office. OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Managing Director you will play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, working cross-functionally to deliver compelling shopper experience and drive growth across all retail channels in the DACH region. Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do: • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of Trade Marketing Managers, working closely with Sales to align on and execute joint business plans that drive revenue and market share across DACH. • Strategic Planning: Build and execute a comprehensive Trade Marketing plan tailored to the DACH market, aligned with the overarching EU marketing strategies. • Retailer Collaboration: Own and drive Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key DACH retail partners. <li data-leveltext="" da
