THE ROLE As a CRM Marketing Executive within the Customer and Marketing team at Carwow, you will play a key role in communicating to our users about changing their car. Email and Push are pivotal channels for communicating with our users and you will be responsible for managing campaigns from brief through to delivery. Working alongside the CRM Marketing Manager/Senior Manager, you will work closely with the commercial and marketing teams. WHAT YOU’LL DO Traffic email campaigns through Carwow, making sure that campaigns are briefed on time, correct assets have been provided, and sign off is given ahead of campaign deployment Managing the email campaign calendar, populating new briefs and updating statuses Building email templates using a drag and drop editor in Iterable Creating dynamic content and A/B tests to maximise personalisation and performance. g.
