Who We Need We are building industry-defining accounting and finance software. We are looking for an experienced Deployment Lead to guide complex customer implementations and help finance teams successfully transition onto Rillet. This role is ideal for someone who has led ERP implementations and understands how to turn complex accounting and operational requirements into practical systems solutions. You may come from an ERP implementation firm, Big 4 finance transformation practice, systems consulting team, or a SaaS company serving finance organizations. You are comfortable owning multiple workstreams, advising senior stakeholders, and navigating the details of configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, and go-live. You will combine strong implementation judgment with a customer-first mindset—bringing structure to ambiguity, identifying risks early, and keeping customers and internal teams moving toward a successful launch. We’re primarily looking for teammates who are based near our New York City or San Francisco offices, or open to relocating. For this role, we’re also open to remote candidates based anywhere in the United States. Our hybrid schedule brings office-based team members together in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible day each week. Some roles may spend more time in the office depending on the needs of the team.
