This is a hybrid role—primarily remote, but we come together in our Palermo office a few days each month for in-person collaboration, connection, and some fun! The Role We’re looking for a Senior Talent Specialist to lead high-impact searches across Product, Data, and Go-to-Market (GTM) functions, primarily supporting hiring in the U.S. and LATAM. The portfolio will include senior individual contributor, leadership, and executive-level positions. This is not a sourcing-only role . We’re looking for someone who can own searches end-to-end, shape recruiting strategy, influence decisions, and deliver outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences. You’ll join at a key moment in our growth and help define what great hiring looks like at CookUnity. Responsibilites • Own the end-to-end recruiting process for high-impact roles across Product, Data, and GTM, including senior leadership and executive searches. • Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leaders, bringing structured processes, market insights, and strategic recommendations. • Lead effective intake meetings, define search strategies, and translate business needs into clear candidate profiles and assessment plans. • Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach , using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Gem, and AI-enabled recruiting tools. • Champion the candidate experience and ensure a thoughtful, consistent interview process from first contact through close. • Lead interviewer calibration, debriefs, and structured decision-making to support inclusive, high-quality hires. • Partner closely with stakeholders across the U.S. and LATAM, adapting recruiting strategies to each market while maintaining a consistent hiring bar. • Lead offer management and negotiation with empathy, transparency, and speed. • Use data and market intelligence to identify bottlenecks, track progress, and continuously improve hiring outcomes. • Contribute to employer branding and talen
