Business Automation Engineer As part of the Customer Care Service Design team, a Business Automation Engineer is responsible for identifying operational inefficiencies and transforming manual processes into scalable, automated solutions that improve how our teams work. He/She leverages a combination of workflow automation, data platforms, cloud technologies, and emerging AI capabilities to build reliable solutions that reduce manual effort, improve operational consistency, and enable Customer Care teams to scale efficiently. com , Airtable, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Zendesk, and emerging AI-powered tools. Their work alternates between supporting the day-to-day stability of our tooling ecosystem and delivering roadmap initiatives that improve operational efficiency, automation maturity, and user experience. What You’ll Do Build and maintain automation solutions Design, develop, test, and deploy automations that eliminate manual work and improve operational efficiency. Maintain and enhance existing automations, integrations, and workflows to ensure reliability and scalability. Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions. Translate operational needs into technical solutions Partner with stakeholders to understand pain points, process gaps, and operational challenges. Convert business requirements into clear automation designs and implementation plans.
