YOUR TASKS As a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) in the Tech Advisory area, you will take on a key role in complex transformation projects. You will support our clients in the digital and organizational evolution of their business models and processes - from strategy development through to operational implementation. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and change management, applying agile methodologies in a targeted and effective way. In transformation projects, you will play a central role by bringing structure, clarity, and strong execution capabilities. g. Scrum Master or Product Owner) within projects Change management: Designing and supporting transformation processes, including stakeholder management and implementation support Process analysis and optimization: Identifying improvement opportunities and developing as well as implementing efficient, digitally enabled processes Management-level communication and reporting: Conducting structured analyses and preparing content tailored to decision-makers and steering committees YOUR PROFIL We are looking for people with drive, a strong sense of responsibility, and a clear affinity for technology and transformation. What you should bring to the role: A completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study Several years of professional experience (at least 3–5 years) in management consulting or in transformation/digitalization projects Certification in agile project management, ideally as a Scrum Master or Product Owner, as well as hands-on experience applying agile methodologies Strong technological understanding: Ability to translate modern technologies (Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity) into scalable IT architectures and digital platforms Project management expertise: Experience managing (sub-)projects, including planning, steering, and stakeholder communication Experience in transformation and change management: Ability to support organizational change in a structured way and ensure sustainable implementation Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented working style Excellent MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel), along with strong presentation and communication abilities High level of initiative, strong teamwork skills, and a customer-oriented mindset You have very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages) YOUR BENEFITS Supportive Team Culture: Team cohesion is important to us - we support one another and foster a healthy office culture.
