ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (L4) to join VTEX’s DOM team, working on one of the most strategic initiatives in the platform: the evolution of our Order Management and Order Allocation systems. In this role, you will help design and build a new agent-based order workflow, enabling merchants to customize how orders are processed, routed, and fulfilled across different use cases and markets. This is a hands-on role where you will work on high-scale, mission-critical systems, solving complex problems at the intersection of distributed systems, platform architecture, and AI-driven orchestration.
