In this role you play a pivotal role in shaping the future of fintech. You’ll be looking after our onboarding journey end-to-end focusing on improving conversion across our web and app journeys and identifying new ways of engaging customers. PMs at Lendable take day to day ownership of their product and work closely with teams such as Engineering, Credit, Growth and Operations to take the business to the next level. It’s your job to break down complex tasks into bite sized deliverables and prioritise projects according to their maximum impact. Experience Essential: 2+ years of work experience as a Product Manager or similar role A bias for action, you move fast, get things done, and iterate quickly based on feedback Data proficiency, you’re comfortable using Python or SQL to query data and running your own data analysis Familiarly with AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code or Codex Desirable: Experience working in start-up/scale-up environment preferred but not required Experience working on mobile app products preferred but not a requirement What you’ll be doing Owning and driving the strategy, execution, and growth of our origination funnel, particularly focusing on direct lending Defining the product roadmap and overseeing delivery with an industry leading Engineering Team.
