Clutch is looking for a Car Detailer to ensure that all vehicles that progress through our onboarding process are maintained and cleaned to the highest possible standard. Treating every vehicle like it is your own, working well with others, willingness to learn, and having high attention to detail are all essential to succeeding in this role. About The Role As a Car Detailer, you will be responsible for maintaining the exterior and interior of all incoming vehicles, ensuring each car meets Clutchâs quality standards before entering reconditioning or sales. You will help keep vehicles in showroom condition, while collaborating with other team members to maintain a smooth workflow. What Youâll Do Pressure wash and shampoo the exterior of vehicles Steam, extract, and vacuum the interior of vehicles Polish swirl marks and scratches Dress tires and maintain exterior finishes Proactively monitor and maintain detailing supplies and tools Continuously help improve detailing processes Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment What Weâre Looking For Interest in the automotive industry Willingness to learn and develop skills as an automotive detailer High attention to detail and ability to multitask Team player above all else Valid G2 or G driverâs license (clean driverâs abstract) Post-secondary education is an asset Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.
