Deine Rolle Als Senior Creative (m/w/d) bist du unser Motor für alle Social-First-Konzepte und entwickelst Kampagnenideen, die das gesamte Produktportfolio von gocomo auf das nächste Level heben. Du verwandelst Insights aus Social Intelligence in Inhalte, die wirklich plattformspezifisch sind. Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams für Strategie, Account-Management sowie Content und Influencern zusammen. Wir suchen dich, weil du Ideen nicht nur genial konzipiert, sondern auch die Execution rockst – von der Copy über die Hooks bis hin zur visuellen Leitidee. Moderne Tools und AI sind dabei deine Daily Driver, um Kreativprozesse effizienter zu gestalten und gleichzeitig den Brand Vibe zu treffen. Deine Aufgaben Concept Development: Entwickle kreative Social-Media-Konzepte und Kampagnenideen, die perfekt auf die jeweilige Plattform zugeschnitten sind Trend-Spotting: Übersetze aktuelle Social Trends und Insights in überzeugende Social-First-Narrative, auch für Influencer- und Creator-Konzepte Performance Copy: Schreibe Social Copy, knackige Hooks und Skripte, die Short-Form-Content (wie Reels oder TikToks) maximal performen lassen Content-Struktur: Unterstütze bei der Entwicklung und Strukturierung unserer Content-Formate (Always-on & Kampagnen, z. B. Hero/Hub/Help) Hands-on-Produktion: Arbeite mit interdisziplinären Teams, begleite Produktionen und nutze Prototyping (Moodboards, Storyboards) für den finalen Vibe-Check und die Qualitätssicherung AI & Data-Driven: Nutze AI-Tools für deine Ideation-Sessions und die Umsetzung. Dein Profil Du bringst mindestens 6 Jahre Creative-Erfahrung mit einem klaren Fokus auf Konzept & Copy sowie ein starkes Gespür für Social-First-Content mit Du verstehst die Dynamik von Plattformen und Trends (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Snap – you name it) und bist sicher in der Kommunikation und im Copywriting auf Deutsch (C2-Level) & Englisch (C1-Level) Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität, liebst das Testing und bist versiert im Umgang mit Creative KPIs und Performance-Denken Du nutzt AI-Tools für Ideation und Content und bist sicher im Einsatz von Figma und/oder der Adobe Creative Cloud Du bringst Erfahrung mit Influencer-/Creator-Kampagnen und Consumer Brands mit Warum wir? a. für eine vollständig abgedeckte Mitgliedschaft bei Urban Sports Club (M-Plan).
