About the Programme This is a structured 18–24 month global programme designed to launch high-potential commercial careers. You don’t need prior sales or payments experience; what you need is ambition, curiosity, resilience, and the drive to build relationships and solve complex problems. You will join a global cohort of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) with structured learning, dedicated coaching from sales leaders, and real commercial responsibility from month one.
