Your role As an SEO Specialist: AI Search, you'll work closely with the Sr. Manager, SEO, to implement tactics that increase Dialpad's visibility in AI search, also known as GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) or AEO (Answer Engine Optimization). You'll implement tactics directly on our website and partner with cross-functional teams to increase visibility on external sites, with the goal of getting Dialpad mentioned and cited in AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. You'll grow your skills in SEO and GEO/AEO, gaining hands-on experience with an exciting marketing discipline as people change how they search from Google to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and other LLMs. This position reports to our Sr. Manager, SEO, and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires office.
