Who you are You hold an outstanding university degree, ideally in the STEM field You have extensive experience (10+ years) in Cybersecurity, ideally in consulting or a comparable role with a strong business development focus You have a proven track record in building and growing client accounts, as well as selling complex Cybersecurity services and solutions You possess strong knowledge of the Cybersecurity market, including threat landscapes, regulations, technologies, and vendor ecosystems, as well as the needs of large enterprises and mid-sized organizations You are confident engaging with C-level executives and have excellent communication and negotiation skills You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, strong results orientation, and a passion for helping shape a growing business area You have experience leading proposal teams and managing complex deals You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken You are willing to travel as required to support client engagements, business development activities, and internal collaboration across regions Who we are We believe in open and straight forward communication driven by a strong team spirit.
