We are looking for a Senior Solution Consultant (m/f/*) CPG / Manufacturing to join our team. We're looking for an experienced professional with a passion for using the latest technologies – including machine learning – to optimize our customers' supply chains and mentor the next generation of consultants. You'll be joining a highly skilled team of consultants, taking a leading role in shaping solutions, driving best practices, and contributing to the growth of the team. You'll work closely with both our customers and in-house teams to deliver innovative, creative solutions at scale. The role requires deep expertise in supply chain business processes and software configuration. What you'll be doing: • Lead customer engagements to define business objectives and translate them into strategic planning solutions. • Drive cross-functional collaboration to architect and deliver tailored supply chain solutions that measurably improve customer profitability. • Own the end-to-end integration of our product with clients' existing systems and processes, ensuring scalability and long-term fit. • Oversee rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet the highest standards. • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers in maximizing the value of our product and championing continuous improvement. • Provide senior-level support for critical incidents and lead value-driven development initiatives. • Mentor and coach junior consultants, sharing expertise and raising the overall capability of the team.
