Available Locations: Austin Texas Internship Details: 3 days in office (12 week internship, January - May) About the Role Cloudflare's People Analytics organization transforms enterprise workforce data into a governed, trusted source of truth that informs company-wide reporting, regulatory compliance, and AI-enabled decision support. As a Data Engineering Intern, you'll help build and extend a modern data warehouse that unifies HR, recruiting, and performance systems, and contribute to an AI-powered analytics agent allowing stakeholders to query workforce data in natural language. This position suits a candidate with an understanding of SQL and data modeling principles, and an interest in data governance, quality assurance, and the responsible application of artificial intelligence within enterprise systems. The intern will collaborate closely with our data engineering team and cross-functional business partners, gaining practical experience in cloud-based data warehousing, ELT pipeline development, and applied AI infrastructure.
