Du baust mit uns eigenständig neue Prozesse in Personio auf – von der Konzeption bis zur praktischen Umsetzung Du entwickelst neue Workflows in Bereichen wie Recruiting, Personaladministration und Onboarding und bildest sie in Personio ab Du unterstützt bei der strukturierten Pflege und Aufbereitung unserer Mitarbeiterdaten Du hinterfragst bestehende Prozesse und entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns neue Lösungen Du unterstützt uns beim Einsatz von KI und neuen Tools im HR-Alltag Und weil HR bei uns mehr ist als Personio, bekommst Du auch Einblicke in Themen wie Employer Branding und interne Kommunikation Was solltest Du mitbringen? Du bist idealerweise bereits im Masterstudium, stehst kurz vor Deinem Abschluss oder möchtest nach Deinem Studium noch Praxiserfahrung sammeln Du bist IT- und KI-affin und arbeitest Dich schnell in neue Tools und Systeme ein Erste Erfahrung mit Personio oder einer anderen HR-Software ist ein Plus – aber kein Muss Du hast Spaß an Prozessen, Strukturen und digitalen Lösungen Du arbeitest sorgfältig, eigenständig und zuverlässig Du hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe und bringst gerne eigene Ideen ein Und ganz wichtig: eine gute Portion Humor Was kannst Du von uns erwarten?
