Our Government practice are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join the team. Our Government practice is looking for a Senior Consultant to join our growing AI team, working across government departments and public sector organisations - with Health as one of our core areas of focus. We are looking for curious, proactive individuals who are passionate about practical, real-world AI adoption. You won't just talk about AI transformation in the abstract; you will help clients explore how AI can be applied to real operational challenges, support the development of AI-enabled services and processes, and contribute to meaningful change across the public sector. Working alongside experienced colleagues and client teams, you will help bridge the gap between what AI can do and what can be successfully implemented in complex public sector environments. Through analysis, stakeholder engagement, workshops and practical demonstrations, you will help make AI transformation tangible, accessible and valuable for our clients. What you will be doing • Process Reimagination: Support clients in exploring how services, processes and ways of working could evolve in an AI-enabled environment, helping them move beyond traditional approaches and identify practical improvements. • AI Opportunity Identification: Work with client teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve outcomes, efficiency and service delivery, helping assess feasibility, risks and potential value. • Demo-Led Engagement: Use hands-on demonstrations, workshops and practical examples to help stakeholders understand AI capabilities and limitations, building confidence through tangible proof points rather than theory. • Research & Insight Development: Maintain awareness of developments across GenAI tools, AI-enabled services and public sector adoption trends, translating emerging capabilities into practical insights for clients and engagement teams. • <st
