As a Meat & Seafood Clerk, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding shopping experience by delivering knowledgeable, friendly service and maintaining an inviting, well-stocked department. What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and answering questions. Slice, cut, weigh, package, label, and price meat and seafood products accurately and efficiently. Create attractive, fully stocked displays that showcase the quality and freshness of our products. Ensure all products meet Pete's high standards for food safety, quality, and presentation. Share product knowledge with customers, including cooking tips and preparation suggestions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support your team with daily department operations and other duties as required. What We're Looking For A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A genuine interest in quality food and helping customers find the right products. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to learn new skills and grow within the department. Ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively as part of a team. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
