The Difference You Will Make: Within the payment organization, the platform team comprises individuals that manage our products and experiences related to checkout, payment methods, risk, compliance, and hosts payouts. We are seeking a strong Senior Platform leader to manage all aspects of our guest payment capabilities and experiences. This includes enabling new global and local payment methods, onboarding and validating methods with our processing partners, managing post transaction interactions such as refunds and transaction reporting, and finally creating and expanding our growing portfolio of installments and financing solutions to help pay for trips and trip related services. This role is a key leadership position within the platform product organization and will report into our Global Director of Payments Platform Product management. A Typical Day: • Deliver and evolve Guest Payments Platform Strategy & Roadmap: Lead the development and execution of the Payments platform strategy and roadmap for Guest Pay-ins, refunds, payment plans, methods and processing resilience. This also includes product leadership working alongside engineering on redundancy,vaulting, processor performance and optimization and availability across the entire payment funnel. • Manage Execution & Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle for the various sub domains within the guest payment team, from concept and feasibility analysis to execution, launch, and post-launch optimization. • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Guide and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Platform Risk, Compliance, etc.) to deliver high-quality capabilities and ensure dependencies are managed effectively. • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of senior platform managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. • Contribute to overarching Payment Platform Strategy: Act as a key contributor to the broader payments platform strategy, providing expert insights on the competitiv
