WAS SIE BEI UNS LEISTEN Direkte Unterstützung des Teams im gesamten Investment-Prozess von mittelständischen Private-Equity- und M&A-Transaktionen Identifikation, Screening und Unterstützung der Ansprache potenzieller Akquisitionsziele im Rahmen der Buy-and-Build-Strategie Mitarbeit bei der Modellierung von Investitionsszenarien, Finanzmodellen und Unternehmensbewertungen Eigenständige Durchführung quantitativer und qualitativer Analysen im Rahmen der Due Diligence potenzieller Akquisitionsziele Pflege und Weiterentwicklung einer qualifizierten Deal-Pipeline sowie Mitarbeit im gesamten M&A und Buy-and-Build Strategieprozess Erstellung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Unternehmensanalysen sowie Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen WAS SIE MITBRINGEN Student (m/w/d) eines Bachelor- (ab 4 absolvierten Semestern) oder eines Master-Studiengangs der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder ähnlicher Studiengänge Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Private Equity, Corporate Finance, M&A oder einer Unternehmensberatung Souveränes Auftreten, analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken Operative Stärke, schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie die Fähigkeit, wirtschaftliche und technische Zusammenhänge zu erkennen Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift WAS WIR IHNEN BIETEN Start: Oktober 2026 Dauer des Praktikums : mindestens 3 Monate Möglichkeit, Verantwortung ab dem 1.
