About the Role at RobCo RobCo is building the category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics and we're doing it fast. We believe that automating the ordinary frees humans to do the extraordinary, and we're building the end-to-end robotics infrastructure to make that possible - hardware, software, and AI in one stack that just works. As our Junior Production Engineer, you'll be right at the heart of our production floor — supporting day-to-day operations, driving continuous improvement, and helping us scale safely and efficiently as we grow. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day hands-on support in the production area, including the inspection of non-conforming (NOK) robot modules Independently run small-to-medium continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing production safety, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and quality Own, create, and maintain comprehensive work instructions for all internal assemblies, and support the creation of training documentation Support the implementation of quality assurance processes and maintenance activities Support the creation of FMEAs for all new robot modules and take ownership of executing the resulting risk-mitigation tasks Support the team during production trials and cross-functional change management processes We're looking for someone who has: A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a similar field First working experience (including internships or working student positions) in a (high-volume) production environment A strong hands-on mentality with a proactive, self-starter approach to problem-solving Highly adaptable and willing to support a wide variety of projects as the production area scales Nice-to-have: initial experience with ERP systems, time analysis, or Lean Manufacturing concepts Fluent in English and German About RobCo Founded in Munich in 2020, RobCo leads the transition toward fully Autonomous Industrial Robotics.
