About the Role: As we scale, Behavox is looking for a hands-on Senior HR Business Partner . In this role, you will help to drive people programs that fuel high performance, agility and collaboration across the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about elevating company performance and building scalable people practices. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll bring deep HR expertise and business acumen to help leaders navigate complex challenges and drive business growth. This role requires a strong ability to influence, advise, and partner cross-functionally. The success of this role will be measured by its ability to: • Serve as the London office site leader, regional HR Business Partner for the UK, and work with leadership across all functions to execute and align talent strategies with business priorities. • Support organizational design, team scaling and workforce planning as the business evolves rapidly. • Provide expert counsel on complex employee matters. • Drive execution of people initiatives in the UK, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and localization for compliance, culture relevance and effectiveness.
