Capabilities include: • In-house market knowledge & trends • End-to-end service from idea generation through to manufacturing and launch • Technical, commercial and production expertise • Outstanding customer service About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and versatile Maintenance Engineer with strong mechanical expertise and sound electrical knowledge to join our fast-paced engineering team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of production and site equipment to ensure maximum operational efficiency and minimal downtime. As a Multi-Skilled Engineer you will: • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, including conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, motors, bearings, pneumatic systems, hydraulic equipment, and automated machinery. • Diagnose mechanical faults and complete repairs in accordance with safety standards and manufacturers’ guidelines. • Undertake equipment strip-downs, component replacements, alignments, adjustments, and rebuilds. • Perform basic electrical fault-finding and safely isolate equipment when required. • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to engineering projects aimed at improving equipment reliability, performance, and efficiency. • Maintain accurate maintenance records using the company’s CMMS system. • Ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety, environmental, and quality standards. • Provide technical support and collaborate closely with production and operations teams.
