An overview of this role As a Senior Solutions Architect on GitLab's India team, you'll be a trusted advisor to prospects, customers, and partners across India. You'll help them understand how GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform addresses technical requirements and business goals across the software development lifecycle. This role supports Commercial and Enterprise segments in India's Southern Region. Experience with Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Digital Native organizations, and startups is highly valued given the accounts you'll support. You'll partner closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to own technical evaluations, including proofs of value and workshops, shape solution architectures, and bring customer feedback to Product Management. You'll also occasionally support regional go-to-market partners that provide Professional Services. Your work will help customers adopt GitLab successfully, support revenue growth through solution selling, and build long-term, trusted relationships. What you’ll do • Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and validation to show how GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform meets customers' technical and business needs across the software development lifecycle. • Own the technical evaluation process, including solution design, proofs of concept or value, workshops, and technical contributions to tenders, audits, and value stream assessments. • Collaborate with Account Executives and regional sales teams across Commercial and Enterprise segments to shape account strategies for new customer acquisition and expansion, with a focus on GCC, Digital Native, and startup accounts. • Support regional go-to-market partners that provide Professional Services, helping them deliver consistent technical guidance and apply effective practices during partner-led engagements. • Represent GitLab at online and in-person marketing events, including webinars, industry events, presentations, roundtables, panels, demonstration days, and hackathons. • Build trusted relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guide GitLab-driven transformation, and help customers become GitLab advocates. • Advise customers on modern software development, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), security, and cloud practices to improve their return on investment. • Share customer feedback, use ca
