Why This Role is Exciting The Partnerships Manager (EMEA) will lead partner enablement and delivery across EMEA/MENA & APAC acting as Optro's on-the-ground authority for the region. Based in London, this person will set the pace for how partners across these regions are enabled, certified, and supported — building the policies, processes, and solving real delivery challenges that will keep the region running smoothly and independently. You’ll work directly with partners and internal teams to turn strategy into execution—testing, refining, and improving how Optro enables partner success. Responsibilities Reporting into the Director of Partner Services, this role is designed for an experienced leader who can own the EMEA/MENA/APAC region — setting direction, building policy and process, and making sound decisions independently. As a Partner Services Manager (EMEA) , you will support the execution and delivery of Optro’s partner services strategy by owning key partner relationships, enablement initiatives, and delivery outcomes.
