Head of Global SEO/AEO We’re looking for a data-driven Head of Global SEO/AEO to own our worldwide organic growth strategy and execution . In this role, you will scale SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) into high-performing acquisition channels, driving results against business-critical metrics like trial starts, MQLs, and pipeline . You will manage an in-house team alongside external agencies and contractors, pioneering our approach to AI-mediated discovery to win in the new AI-search era . This role is b ased in our San Francisco or Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule . The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday . Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays . Working from home on Fri days depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner .
