Location: Remote ( Europe) Job Overview: We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager – Payments to lead the development, optimization, and scale of our global payments infrastructure. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving core payment functionality, expanding payment method options, improving checkout experiences, and ensuring reliability, security, and compliance across the payments stack. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and customer success to ensure our merchants have a seamless and trusted payment experience—whether they’re selling digital products, subscriptions, or services. , checkout, payment gateways, transaction routing, fraud, refunds, treasury, and reconciliation). Define, prioritize, and deliver features that improve conversion rates, reduce friction, and support global scalability. Requirements What You Bring To This Role: Proven track record of building and scaling payments systems in a SaaS, fintech, or eCommerce environment. Deep understanding of payment infrastructure, including gateway integrations, card networks, fraud prevention, settlements, and chargebacks. Strong technical fluency—comfortable working closely with engineers and interpreting API documentation. Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills. Strong data-driven mindset—you understand what to track, how to measure it, and how to use insights to iterate quickly. 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with direct ownership over payment products or platforms. , Computer Science, Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline) preferred but not required. Equivalent practical experience in product management, payments, or fintech may substitute for formal education. , ETA CPP) are a plus but not mandatory.
