The Role As a Learning & Development Lead on the People team, you will establish the foundation for learning culture and capabilities to support Mistral AI’s growth. As the first hire in this area, your work will directly define processes, infrastructure, and strategy for continuous skill development across the organization. You’ll collaborate closely with teams in France, the USA, the UK, Germany, and Singapore to build programs that align with business goals and employee progression.
