About The Position The Principal Product Program Manager is a systems-thinker who translates ambitious company goals into a highly structured "System View" to drive major outcomes. You will be the engine of execution. You will operationalize frameworks on the ground, manage complex concurrent programs, and lead execution to ensure timely delivery of outcomes. Crucially, as we scale our AI initiatives, this role demands a forward-thinking leader who actively leverages AI and Agentic workflows in their daily program architecture and successfully navigates the unique pacing and unpredictability of AI-driven development. What You’ll Do • Manage multiple concurrent programs varying in size and complexity, maintaining objective oversight while demonstrating a deep passion for the program's success. • Ensure every program aligns to a strict Program Playbook—meaning the technical capability is successfully delivered and the targeted outcomes are fully realized. • Establish a consistent execution rhythm and rituals to force decision-making, remove blockers, and clarify ownership. <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12
