We need an English-fluent General Manager (Hospitality) , based in Jefferson TEXAS. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills. Are you the one we are looking for? Responsibilities: Run day-to-day operations across front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest services Own the property P&L: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and hitting revenue and profit targets Drive revenue with sales and revenue management (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, group and event business) Keep guest satisfaction and service quality high; monitor reviews and resolve escalations Hire, train, and lead department heads and staff; set performance goals and build a strong service culture Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and brand or ownership standards Oversee property upkeep, vendor contracts, and capital improvement projects Report regularly to ownership/executive leadership on performance and priorities , Opera or similar) Excellent communication and guest-relations skills Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred Upscale/luxury or full-service hotel experience a plus Reside in Jefferson Texas or vicinities Compensation: The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $4,500 - $5,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset. This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform. The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
