Join Our Team We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Solutions Consultant to join our Commercial team in Zurich. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys combining business insight with technical expertise to help clients solve complex challenges. As a key partner to our Sales, Product, and Operations teams, you will play a critical role in designing tailored solutions, accelerating sales cycles, and ensuring successful customer outcomes. What You'll Be Doing • Conduct discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand business processes, challenges, and technical requirements • Translate complex client needs into effective solution designs and technical specifications • Design and present tailored solutions leveraging our product capabilities and integration options • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept workshops for clients and stakeholders • Support the sales team as a technical and functional expert throughout the sales cycle • Prepare and contribute to RFI and RFP responses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer expectations • Provide effort estimations and implementation guidance for proposed solutions • Collaborate closely with Product Development, Operations, and Implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful delivery • Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product innovation and strategic decision-making • Develop sales enablement materials, technical documentation, and case studies Who We're Looking For Required Qualifications • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field • Proven experience as a Solutions Consultant, Business Implementations, Presales Engineer, Solution Architect, or a similar customer-facing role within enterprise software, SaaS based environments • Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, or related industries • Excellent ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Experience with CRM platforms and project management tools • Familiarity with integration technologies such as APIs and ETL processes • Fluent written and spoken English, other language skills are beneficial • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What Success Looks Like Success in this role will be measured through: • High-quality and customer-focused solution designs and proposals • Effective support of the sales process resulting in accelerated deal closure • Strong customer satisfaction with demonstrations, presentations, and proposed solutions • Accuracy and completeness of RFI/RFP responses • Successful collaboration across Commercial, Product, Implementation, and Operations teams • Continuous contribution to product improvement through market and client insights • Increased conversion of qualified opportunities into successful customer engagements Why You Should Join Us • Opportunity to work with innovative technology solutions in a dynamic commodity trading environment • Exposure to international clients and complex business challenges • Collaborative and entrepreneurial company culture • Direct impact on business growth and customer success • Close interaction with senior stakeholders and industry experts • Professional development and career growth opportunitie
