You’ll work together with a great team of Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches as well as the VPs of Product and Engineering*, and the CTO* (*former Scrum Masters) to help your team achieve its goals and shorten our reaction time to changes in the market. Key Activities • Guide and coach the team and organization to in Agile practices • Coach the team and individuals to become self-managed and -organized • Help improve and scale organizational approaches • Improve transparency within the team and the overall organization • Remove impediments • Keep a safe and trusting environment where conflicts can be managed in healthy ways • Support and coach the Product Management team on Agile practices • Support the continuous delivery process of our teams Your Profile • Experience as a Scrum Master for at least 5 years in different software development teams • Good skills and knowledge of continuous improvement, empowerment, transparency and servant leadership • Hero moderator who can facilitate and keep participants focused and engaged in meetings • Knowledge of Agile approaches – Kanban, Scrum, Lean, XP, etc.
