What We’re Looking For We're looking for commercially sharp, tenacious operators who are exceptional at building relationships to further accelerate our Private Equity Partnerships motion. We are open to hiring multiple roles here across London, New York and Austin at varying levels of seniority depending on experience. You'll build, operationalise and deepen our most important external relationships and help turn PE partnerships into a repeatable, scalable source of revenue. We've seen early success with partner-led growth — particularly through private equity firms recommending Omnea to their portfolio companies, and consultancies collaborating with Omnea on enterprise clients — and are now scaling this into a core growth engine.
