Client Experience sits at the heart of this. • Executive Client Networks • Signature client experiences • Client listening and insight • Thought leadership and client storytelling Its purpose is simple: to build deep, trusted relationships with senior clients — strengthening our position in priority accounts, supporting commercial growth and helping Baringa show up in a more distinctive, bolder way. We're now building on the success of our existing Networks and expanding into new executive communities, creating an exciting opportunity to join a growing team at the centre of Baringa's client strategy. What you will be doing Executive client network and experience delivery • Leading the end-to-end delivery of Baringa's executive client networks, podcasts and wider Client Experience programmes, ensuring a consistently high-quality experience for clients and stakeholders. • Supporting the successful delivery of CEO, COO, CIO and future executive communities, flagship research and signature client experiences. Programme delivery and coordination • Managing project plans, timelines, dependencies and delivery milestones across multiple programmes and workstreams • Coordinating delivery across internal stakeholders, suppliers and agencies • Ensuring activity is delivered on time, within budget and in line with agreed objectives • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance programme impact Content delivery and activation • Coordinating the production, publication and activation of network content, thought leadership and research outputs • Managing content d
