What this job can offer you • Own and continuously improve one or more GTM products that support how Remote acquires, serves, and grows customers. • Translate business needs into scalable product capabilities, workflows, and system improvements. • Contribute to product strategy and roadmaps, working within Remote’s broader Revenue Technology direction and architecture. • Build and ship GTM product features and process improvements using automation and AI tools. • Partner with stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Systems, Data, AI, and Engineering. • Lead meaningful initiatives from discovery through delivery, adoption, and ongoing optimization. • Develop your product, technical, and strategic skills while helping evolve the technology that powers Remote’s go-to-market organization. What you bring • Experience managing or significantly contributing to business systems or technology products within a GTM or Revenue Operations environment. • Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue processes, system integrations, data models, and workflow automation. • Experience translating business requirements into clear product requirements and scalable system solutions. • Ability to manage a product backlog, contribute to roadmaps, prioritize competing requests, and define measurable outcomes. • Sound judgment in determining whether a need should be addressed through configuration, automation, AI, custom development, or existing technology. • Experience delivering cross-functional initiatives from initial discovery through implementation and adoption. • Curiosity and practical experience using AI-assisted tools to build, automate, or improve GTM workflows and internal tooling. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to clarify requirements, explain trade-offs, and build alignment. • Experience with technologies commonly used across GTM, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Outreach, Salesloft, Clari, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay, Qualified, APIs, integration platforms, or business intelligence tools. • Strong analytical, automation, and problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to work independently while knowing when to involve senior product, architecture, data, or engineering partners. • Fluent written and spoken English. • Experience working remotely is not required but is considered a plus.
