We're currently looking for a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you'll own a portfolio of strategic creator partnerships for the German market and play a key part in driving revenue growth, brand awareness, and lasting business impact through high-performing influencer collaborations. Your tasks You own and develop a portfolio of strategic creator partnerships with clearly defined revenue, performance, and growth targets. You identify, pitch, and secure creator collaborations with high potential and measurable business impact. You lead contract and terms negotiations independently, striking the right balance between building lasting relationships, company goals, and profitability. You build and nurture long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and partners, with a clear focus on growth. You manage influencer campaigns with a particular focus on performance, ROI, reach, engagement, and revenue contribution. You analyze campaign and creator performance and turn the results into concrete actions to optimize and scale. Your profile You have 1–2 years of professional experience in sales, account management, partnership management, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, media sales, or similar commercially focused roles. You hold a degree in marketing, economics, business administration, or a related field. You work in a data-driven way, analyze KPIs with confidence, and can translate insights into concrete actions. You have a strong understanding of the German digital, creator, and beauty landscape. You have a hands-on mentality and take ownership. You're proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) ). Experience in DTC, beauty, FMCG, lifestyle, the creator economy, or fast-growing companies is a big plus.
