About the Role We're hiring a System Architect to build the engine behind our full-funnel lifecycle programs across Creator, Enterprise, and Developer segments. This is not a marketing technologist role — we're not looking for someone to maintain the stack. We're looking for someone to design the machine that runs on it. The core challenge: today, every new industry, segment, or language means another fork — another campaign tree, another set of manual sequences to maintain. Your job is to make those parameters instead. You'll architect a lifecycle system where launching a new vertical in a new market is a configuration change, not a rebuild, and where onboarding, nurture, upsell, and ABM programs compose from shared logic rather than duplicated effort. You'll be both architect and operator — defining the data model and segmentation logic underneath the journeys, then shipping them. You'll work closely with Product Marketing, Growth, and Data, and you'll scope engineering support rather than queue behind it. This is a build year: you're inventing the system, not inheriting one. Responsibilities Architect a parameterised lifecycle system where new industries, segments, and languages are configuration, not new campaign trees Design and launch onboarding, nurture, and upsell campaigns across Creator, Enterprise, and Developer segments Prototype and ship your own integrations and logic
