Your role As a Sr. Software Developer in Test (SDET) in the Contact Center QA team, you're both a skilled developer who builds elegant, scalable test frameworks and a quality advocate who leads a team to optimal customer outcomes. You write the API, UI, capacity, security, and performance tests necessary to validate that features work as expected. You build the instrumentation that makes non-deterministic AI behavior testable in the first place. Most importantly, you own product and feature quality end-to-end, keeping communications flawless for the banks, hospitals, veterinarians, and other businesses that trust Dialpad with every conversation.
