About the role: We are seeking a Global Benefits and Mobility Partner with deep expertise in global mobility and immigration to join our Global Benefits Team. This role will serve as a trusted partner to employees, Recruiting, Recruiting Operations, People Partners, business leaders, and external advisors, helping Samsara deliver a compliant, equitable, and high-quality mobility and immigration experience across the employee lifecycle. Initially, this role will focus on global mobility and immigration, including program operations, case management, policy interpretation, close day-to-day collaboration with our global mobility and immigration partners, vendor partnership, and compliance. The successful candidate will bring strong mobility and immigration expertise and will be expected to build working knowledge in LOA and benefits through structured training and on-the-job development. This role is open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.
