In this role, you’ll help bring exceptional leaders to Brex and see firsthand how hiring shapes our company’s future. You’ll grow your skills in recruiting, build trusted relationships with senior leaders, and be part of a collaborative, fast-moving team that values good judgment, curiosity, and continuous learning. Where you’ll work This role will be based in our Vancouver office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work! Responsibilities • Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder interview schedules across time zones with precision and discretion. • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional, engaging, and confidential experience from first conversation to offer. • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring leaders, and Executive Assistants to align priorities, anticipate conflicts, and maintain clear communication. • <span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: ar
