About the Role We're a fast-moving, pre-seed healthtech startup building a modern preventive health platform — combining advanced diagnostics, biomarker-driven insights, AI-powered concierge experiences, and personalized health dashboards into one seamless product. We're looking for a highly autonomous Product Engineer to join us on-site in Berlin and help shape the product from the ground up. This is a founder-mode role: no PMs, no hand-offs, no tickets handed down from above. You'll work directly with the founding team, own features end-to-end, and ship real product that reaches real users.
