Location This is a full-time position based in Munich or Cologne. Following a comprehensive onboarding period at our HQ in central Zurich (minimum one month), you will work from your home location, with regular visits to customers across the DACH region. Team collaboration matters a lot to us. You will regularly spend time with the team in person, in Zurich and at our hubs, for team days, all-hands and offsites. These visits are financially supported by blp. Your Mission You get customers live. Hands on, end to end, and fast. As a Project Manager , most of your implementations are not multi-year global programs. They are for companies that want blp running in their finance or supply chain organization within weeks, and who want somebody who knows what they are doing to take them through it. You are that person. You run the kick-off, work with them on scope and process, configure blp, coordinate the integration, take them through testing, and get them across the line at go-live. You work in three modes, and many of our Project Managers move between them: Guided onboarding for our commercial customers: you run configuration days for several customers at once, guide them while they configure, and answer the questions that come up. Leading yourself on enterprise customers: you own the project end to end, including the sponsor meetings. Alongside a Senior Project Manager on our largest programs, where you take a country, an entity or a workstream and own it. Your Career Path in Project Management This is the path most of our delivery leadership came through, and we hire at every step of it. We place you according to your experience and the size of the programs you have delivered, and we are explicit about what the next step requires. Project Manager: You get customers live end to end, several in parallel: guided onboarding for commercial customers, leading enterprise projects yourself, or a workstream on our largest programs. Typically you bring 2+ years in consulting, implementation or project management. Senior Project Manager: You make large, global transformations happen: multiple ERPs, entities and countries, the steering committee, and a blp team on each engagement. Typically you bring 5+ years delivering complex, multi-country programs. Next steps: Lead a delivery team, or move into Consulting and from there towards our Client Partner role on strategic accounts. Moves into Consulting or Customer Success Engineering are open at every level, and many of our people make them. Responsibilities Run implementations end to end: kick-off, scope, planning, configuration, testing and go-live.
