What You’ll Be Doing (The Role) As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the voice and face of global brands for German-speaking customers across Europe: Be the Problem Solver: Assist customers via phone, live chat, and/or email with inquiries regarding products, order tracking, bookings, or account support.
