Responsibilities 👉 Scaling Infrastructure & Company Rhythm (40%) Company Rituals: Own the end-to-end preparation of visual assets (slide decks) and content structuring for Zefir’s key alignment milestones: from Weekly Company Meetings to monthly and quarterly All-Hands . Goal Setting & OKRs: Coordinate the quarterly objective-setting process by driving alignment and collecting OKRs/Targets across all teams and functions.
