About This Role: We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our Gift Cards vertical - one of the fastest-growing parts of our alternative offers, spanning gift card purchase, redemption, provider partnerships, and cross-market growth across France, Germany, and Spain. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You'll set the strategy for a business line generating triple-digit YoY growth in some markets, own the commercial relationships with our gift card providers, and work directly with our Fulfilment leadership on where the vertical goes next. You'll also work closely with - and may grow into ownership of - adjacent parts of our Alternative Offers and in-store rewards portfolio. We want a strong senior product leader: someone who has built and scaled products at a leading tech company and/or a startup, who thinks and acts like an entrepreneur, and who can move a commercial product forward with minimal hand-holding. Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Own the gift card product strategy and roadmap - from provider selection and inventory quality to the end-to-end purchase, redemption, and admin experience. g. Finperks, Tillo), in partnership with Operations, Legal and Finance. Drive revenue growth across markets - set and deliver GMV and commission targets across France, Germany, and Spain, backed by rigorous transaction-level analysis. Partner cross-functionally - work daily with engineering, design, data, CRM, and adjacent product teams to ship a coherent gift card experience across web, app, and browser extension. g. fraud-tier scoring), validate revenue and performance data with Finance, and identify the next highest-impact bet. Represent the vertical at the leadership level - bring clear recommendations and trade-offs to cross-team and leadership forums, and help shape Alternative Offers' broader strategic direction. Build for scale - help expand gift cards from a standalone catalogue page into a fully integrated offer type across the platform.
