This is a senior individual contributor role, designed for someone who already has deep credibility and trusted relationships across banks, and financial institutions. You are not being hired to build a network from scratch. You are being hired to activate a network you have already earned. This is not a traditional closing-quota sales role. Your mandate is to open senior-level conversations, multi-thread strategic accounts, create qualified enterprise opportunities, and help TRM become part of the most important digital asset, financial crime, and compliance conversations happening inside major financial institutions. The Impact You Will Have Open senior-level access at priority EMEA financial institutions by activating a network you have already built. Build multi-threaded relationships across the stakeholders who shape digital asset strategy, financial crime programs, compliance priorities, investigations, risk, and innovation. Help TRM earn a seat in the most important conversations happening inside strategic financial institutions Identify and pursue high-value enterprise and partnership opportunities with banks and other financial institutions. Represent TRM externally at conferences, executive forums, practitioner communities, and industry events, turning public presence and private conversations into qualified opportunities. Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Policy to turn strategic access into qualified customer opportunities, market insight, and long-term competitive advantage. Turn market, technology, and regulatory shifts into an early-warning system for TRM, helping the company spot opportunities and risks before competitors do. Close the loop between field signal and internal strategy by feeding customer insights, buying dynamics, objections, and market intelligence back into TRM’s product and GTM teams.
