About the role We are looking for a backend-leaning full-stack engineer to help build the next generation of Creative Agents at ElevenLabs. Our ambition is to make agents a primary way people create across ElevenCreative. We are building systems that turn ideas into high-quality audio, image and video, bringing models and creative tools together without requiring users to become prompting experts. The creative agent is already live. You will join a small team shaping its capabilities and architecture, with ownership from backend systems and agent infrastructure through to the customer-facing experience. You will help discover what works, turn experiments into reliable features, and use real customer feedback to guide what we build next. Your responsibilities will include: Building production agents and expanding their capabilities through prompts, tool use, orchestration, new models and MCP integrations. Designing and operating reliable backend systems for asynchronous creative generation and long-running tasks, with strong performance, observability, scalability and security. Developing shared evaluations and live quality monitoring, including model-based assessment of image and video outputs. Owning features end to end, from identifying user needs and prototyping to shipping across the stack and supporting them in production, alongside product, design and engineering.
