The Team: Our External Communications Team plays a crucial role in shaping the Celonis narrative, engaging audiences, and building strong relationships with media, influencers, and the broader public. Our goal is to create and maintain a positive reputation through compelling content, public relations, and storytelling. The Role: We’re looking for a highly motivated Working Student to support our External Communications Team in research, content creation, reporting, and project management. This role is ideal for students eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate communications and digital content. You’ll work closely with the team to support their thought leadership, research, and content development efforts. The work you’ll do: • Help ensure Celonis’ business strategy, initiatives, and projects are communicated externally • Support the creation of press releases, briefings, and other materials for external communications • Support coverage monitoring and reporting to be presented to executives and various spokespeople • Aid the team in creating briefing materials for interviews and conferences • Support the ongoing management and updating of the corporate website • Conduct desk research on communication topics and trends to support external communication initiatives • Leverage AI tools and digital automation to enhance efficiency, research, and project management • Coordinate with designers, contributors, and other internal teams to ensure the timely publication of press materials • Organize team actions and coordinate daily tasks • Assist with ad-hoc requests and projects within the communications organization The qualifications you need: • Currently pursuing a degree in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Media Management or a related field with at least 1 year remaining in your studies • Previous experience in PR/external communications • Strong research and analytical skills—able to synthesize complex topics into clear, engaging insights. • Strong organizational and project management abilities and time management skills. • English professional fluency required (& German writing skills a definite plus!) • Interest in enterprise technology, such as AI, automation, and digital transformation is a plus. • Based in Munich to work one-site from our Headquarter • Ability to work 20h/week What Celonis can offer you: • Pioneer Innovation: Work with the global leader in Process Mining and the Process Intelligence Graph to shape the future of AI-driven business operations. • Ownership from Day 1: Every full-time "Celonaut" i
