About the Role: Camunda is going through the AI-First transformation, and we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Engineering Operations Team . As part of this high-impact platform team, you will play a key role in fostering engineering excellence by creating, implementing and maintaining scalable core processes to enhance development efficiency, reliability, and quality within the Camunda 8 code bases, as well as the Engineering-wide organization processes. As Camunda 8 evolves into the leader of the agentic orchestration market, your mission is to ensure our internal development lifecycle is just as autonomous and gets us there in a frictionless manner. You will work with infrastructure and core software engineering teams to ensure smooth workflows, robust dependency management, and continuous improvement of CI processes in the era of AI-first development; enabling the Camunda 8 engineering teams to focus better on the core product development.
