You will be a central, trusted part of our pharmacy operation at our Winnersh site — the person the team relies on to make sure every medicine that leaves our pharmacy is right. That means accuracy checking dispensed medicines, keeping standards high, and actively contributing to a culture where getting it right the first time is non-negotiable. You will not be managed through every task. You will be trusted to lead, to spot problems before they become incidents, and to raise the bar for everyone around you. What will you be doing? Carrying out accuracy checks on dispensed medicines, ensuring full compliance with legal, operational and safety standards Taking ownership of the end-to-end dispensing process — not just your part of it Maintaining clear, accurate prescription records and escalating discrepancies without hesitation Actively mentoring junior colleagues and helping to build a team culture rooted in accountability, safety and quality Staying sharp on professional development, best practice and regulatory changes — because you want to, not because you have to Working with pace and purpose alongside the wider pharmacy team to ensure every patient gets exactly what they need, when they need it What do you need? What we offer: Full-time contract: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, & Saturdays as either overtime or on a shift basis.
